When Patricia Mosier had a stroke, she was worried she wouldn’t be able to stay active. However, the integrated network of care from her community hospital in Novato to the more advanced neuroscience services at San Francisco’s California Pacific Medical Center got her back doing the activities that she loves. “This is how medicine should work,” she says about the continuum of care she received from Sutter’s integrated network.
